Please send a completed contact Volunteer Form to Alyssa Luckey Winters to start the process for a volunteer appointment.
A volunteer appointment letter will be sent to L&S by Alyssa and approved by L&S after which, Alyssa will email the volunteer, supervisor, and Kelly O’Ferrell (Hasler Lab) or Carrie Kissman (Trout Lake Station) that the volunteer appointment is approved. She will attach the volunteer approval letter. The Hiring Authorization/Onboarding Form will be used by Kelly (Hasler Lab) or Carrie (Trout Lake Station) for the training requirements email that they will send to the volunteer and supervisor.
L&S has NOT adopted the new OHR Volunteer policy/appointment process at this time.
