– Submit a Purchasing Ticket (Purchasing Intake Form) with the following information (most of this is required in the form)
- Package weight
- Package dimensions in inches L x W x H
- Package contents
- Recipient’s name, email, address, phone number
- Shipping speed (next day, 2ndday, ground, etc.)
- Funding and business justification
– John Burmaster will provide a label. Unless noted otherwise, he will schedule a pickup for the next day and you can leave the package in the Hasler entryway with a note “FedEx Pickup”. You can attach RMA forms to the ticket if applicable.
